Day 9 Diet

  • Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon and ginger
  • Breakfast: 1 bread slice with 2 eggs Bhurji
  • Mid Morning: 2 Guava (small)
  • Lunch: Green Moong khichdi with homemade pickle
  • Evening: Ragi Malt
  • Dinner: Tomato soup with Steamed fish

DAY 9 WORKOut

  • Brisk Walking- 30 minutes
  • Jumping jacks with high knee jumps- 25 repetitions each
  • Wall sits with stretches- 5 minutes
