- One cup of black coffee or herbal tea

- 2 Whole-grain chapatti
- 1 bowl mixed vegetable
- 1 Small bowl baked or steamed fish
- 1 glass of water
Snacks
- One fresh pineapple slice
- Herbal tea
Dinner
- 1 small bowl Chana masala
- 1 small plate Brown rice
- A bowl of salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers topped with salad dressing
- Warm water with lemon juice
