Day 13 Diet

  • Early Morning: Warm water with lemon
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs mushroom omelette with vegetables
  • Mid Morning: Mixed nuts
  • Lunch: Oats and moong dal khichdi with curd
  • Evening: Green tea
  • Dinner: 1 Phulka with spinach curry and 2 egg whites

DAY 13 WORKOut

  • Brisk Walking- 30 minutes
  • High squat Jumps with arm circles- 30 repetitions each
  • Arm Tricep extension- 15 to 20 times
