Day 1 Diet

  • Early Morning:  Warm water with Crushed ginger
  • Breakfast:  Vegetable Dalia
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Mid Morning: A bowl of Papaya
  • Lunch: 1 Phulka with Spinach curry and Boiled egg
  • Evening: Black tea
  • Dinner: lobia salad with veggies

DAY 1 WORKOut

  • Brisk walking- 30 to 35 minutes
  • Aerobic Workout- 20 to 25 minutes
  • Arm Circles – 20 to 25 repetitions
