- Early Morning: Warm water with lemon
- Breakfast: 4 moong dal appam with chutney
- Mid Morning: Almonds and walnuts(8,8)
- Lunch: Bajra khichdi with curd
- Evening Time: Green Tea
- Dinner: Chicken lemon stir fry(300) grams with vegetables
Day 9 Workout:
- High knee Jumps: 20 to 25 repetitions
- Split Squats: 10 to 15 times
- Bird Dog : 10 to 15 repetitions (2 sets)
