- Aerobic Workout: 30 minutes
- Kick boxing: 10 minutes
- Knee Pushups : 10 to 15 times
Day 7: Diet and Workout Plan
- Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon
- Breakfast: 1 multigrain dosa with chutney
- Mid Morning: 2 channa tikkis
- Lunch: 1 roti with cabbage curry and 2 egg whites
- Evening Time: Green Tea with Almonds(8)
- Dinner: Broccoli and mushroom salad with curd(20) grams
Day 7 Work Out:
- Brisk Walking: 30 minutes
- Zumba: 20 minutes
- Burpees : 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
