  • Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon and ginger
  • Breakfast: 2 ragi dosa with putana chutney
  • Mid Morning: A bowl of Papaya
  • Lunch: Bajra khichdi with curd
  • Evening: Green Tea
  • Dinner: Sprouts salad with vegetables

Day 4 Work Out:

  • Brisk Walking: 30 to 35 minutes
  • Squat jumps: 10 to 15 times(2 repetitions)
  • Stationary bicycling: 20 minutes
