Day 3: Diet and Workout Plan
- Early Morning: Warm water with crushed ginger
- Breakfast: Almond milk with banana and chia seeds
- Mid Morning: 1 cup sprouts
- Lunch: 2 roti with scrambled eggs and capsicum
- Evening: Black tea
- Dinner: Steamed fish with stir fry vegetables
Day 3 Work Out:
- Brisk Walking: 30 to 35 minutes
- Zumba: 25 minutes
- Rope jumping: 10 to 15 times
