  • Mid Morning: Chana bowl
  • Lunch: 2 roti with cabbage curry and soybeans
  • Evening Time: Black tea
  • Dinner: Sprouts salad with vegetables

Day 14 Work Out:

  • Zumba Dance: 30 minutes
  • Calf raises: 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
  • Lunges: 20 times
