Day 11 Diet and Workout Plan
- Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon and ginger
- Breakfast: 2 ragi idli with chutney
- Mid Morning: a bowl of sprouts
- Lunch: 2 Multigrain roti with channa curry
- Evening Time: An orange
- Dinner: low fat paneer (50) grams salad with vegetables
Day 11 Work Out:
- Rope Jumping: 20 to 25 times
- Push ups: 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
- Lunges: 10 times
